Cinderhill Street, Dry Bridge Street, and Wonastow Road form a roundabout chain used across most routes in multiple directions. Some routes use these roundabouts both outbound and on return with different exits each time — always check your instruction at each individual roundabout.

A40 Roundabout Complex
The A40 features roundabouts used on most routes, connecting the town to the Wyesham area and the Portal Road link. Traffic is faster here — build your speed appropriately after leaving town, select the correct lane before each roundabout, and check mirrors before signalling to exit.

Wyesham & Staunton Road Rural Area
Several routes cross the Wye into the Wyesham area via Wyebridge Street, passing through rural lanes around Staunton Road and Hillcrest Road. These roads are narrow with limited passing places — reduce speed, observe well ahead, and be prepared for oncoming vehicles on blind bends.
