Great Western Road comes up on nine routes and Anniesland Cross is one of Glasgow's busiest intersections. You'll face multiple sets of traffic lights and need to position correctly for your onward turn — get into the right lane early and don't let the busy junction rush your decisions.

Clyde Tunnel / Expressway approach (north portal)
Routes 4, 7 and 8 use the Clyde Tunnel Expressway or its slip roads. Keep your lane discipline consistent at speed, and plan your Balshagray Avenue / Expressway entry or exit well in advance — the lanes change quickly and late decisions are a common fault here.

Dumbarton Road comes up on nine routes and several take you through the Victoria Park Drive roundabout and nearby junctions.
